Tom Felton, star of the Harry Potter series, has ‘returned’ to Hogwarts this week, June 21, after he unveiled a new exhibition at Warner Brothers Studio Tour London. The actor who played Draco Malfoy in the series visited for the launch of a new exhibition called Mandrakes and Magical Creatures.
His appearance marked the first unveiling of a new exhibition at Harry Potter Studio London and his ‘return’ to the Warner Brothers Studios location where the film series was made. He came face to face with a familiar creature from Harry Potter and the Chamber Of Secrets, as he stepped inside the doors of Professor Sprout’s greenhouse to hold a Mandrake from the original film.
Tom, reminding many fans of Draco’s first encounter with a Mandrake in the second film, he held up a mandrake plant and heard its famous shrieking. He also met with the Venomous Tentacula hanging from the ceiling inside the greenhouse, as well as the famous dragon sculptures decorating the outside.
The set features as part of a new Mandrakes and Magical Creatures exhibition, which runs from July 1 to September 12, 2022. The visitors will be able to step inside Professor Sprout’s greenhouse, as well as they can even try to pull out a potted Mandrake prop from the interactive exhibition this summer for the first time. They will be able to visit the original greenhouse built especially for the film, and also be welcomed on the tour by the Frog Choir scene that featured in Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban.
