Amber Heard, after the Johnny Depp trial, could be on the hook for millions as the judgment of certain millions damages awarded to Johnny in trial, however her lawyers have stated in the week that she can’t pay.
The Actress spotted shopping at a TJ Maxx in Bridgehampton, NY Thursday afternoon with her sister Whitney Henriquez, who testified on her behalf and who’s been tagging along lately. So it’s no surprise that she is out bargain hunting.
Amber and Whitney were perusing racks for clothes with heard discussing white linen pants at one point, and were seemed their basket full of would be purchases. Amber scrammed, when noticing rolling cameras and they ended up with no words, leaving the store. But it is interesting spotting Amber here in the wake of considering her financial sitch.
As about the judgment, Amber’s lawyers have recorded as stating that she can’t afford to pay the $8.3 million in damages. It’s not clear if the actor will or will not try and collect the money but her team have publicly said that they are going to appeal the jury’s decision.
